Padmabhushan Krantiveer Dr Nagnathanna Nayakawadi HutatmaKisan Ahir SSK Ltd is planning to expand its sugar mill in Nagnathannanagar in Walwe Tehsil in Sangli district of Maharashtra.
The project involves expanding sugar crushing capacity from 5000 tcd to 7500 tcd, expanding distillery capacity from 30 klpd to 100 klpd and a cogeneration power plant of 44 MW. Land required for the project is already available. The project cost is estimated at ₹ 5,743 million.
