MRN Cane Power is planning to expand its distillery in Kallapura village in Badami Tehsil in Bagalkote district in Karnataka. The project involves expanding molasses based distillery production capacity from 65 klpd to 200 klpd.
Land required for the project is already available. As of December 2018, the project is in planning stage.
