Patel Agri Industries is planning to set up a greenfield distillery in Arawan village in Nalanda district of Bihar. The project involves setting up of 200 klpd grain based distillery and a cogeneration power plant of 15 MW. The new facility will produce 100 klpd of ethanol. Land required for the project is around 9.84 acres.
The project cost is estimated at Rs. 2110 million.
As of August 2021, the project is in planning stage.
