Vinay Industries Limited (VIL) was originally incorporated in 1974 as a private limited company in the name of Vinay Solvent Extraction Industries Pvt. Ltd. It was subsequently converted into a public limited company under the name Vinay Industries Limited in FY2009. VIL is engaged in cotton ginning and pressing and manufacturing of edible oils (groundnut, cottonseeds, soyabean, and rapeseed).
