About the Company :
Godrej Agrovet, Edible Oil division was started in the early 1990’s. Over the years, Godrej Agrovet has developed 35000 hectares of oil palm in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Orissa and Mizoram. In August 2015, the company has entered into a share purchase agreement to purchase 45.29 % stake in Astec LifeSciences.
In June 2018, the company is planning to invest Rs. 2750 million for expansion programme.
