About the Company :

Sahyog Clean Milk Pvt Ltd was originally incorporated in 2009 as Induja Energy Pvt Ltd by the Patidar family to set up a power generation plant and renamed as Harvest Green Fuels Pvt Ltd (HGFPL) in July 2011. Subsequently, power generation business was transferred to another company and HGFPL was rechristened to its present name in April 2013 and it commenced dairy business from September 2013. SCMPL  belongs to Sahayog group which offers livelihood credit and promotes financial inclusion amongst underprivileged sections of the societies, mainly in rural areas. The flagship company of the group, viz. Sahayog Microfinance Ltd is a non-banking finance company engaged in micro-credit business. SCMPL had a milk chilling capacity of 1.50 lakh litres per day (LLPD) and packaging capacity of 0.50 LLPD as on September 30, 2015. SCMPL, till FY15 (refers to the period from April 1 to March 31), sold raw milk to milk processors in its vicinity. From FY16, the company has started selling packaged milk under its own brand ‘Pure One’ and is also undertaking capex for manufacturing value added milk products (VAP) such as ghee, flavoured milk, butter, paneer and curd.
