Xalta Food & Beverages Private Limited (XALTA) was incorporated in February 2015. It is engaged in manufacturing of Carbonated Fruit Drink (CFD), Fruit Juices (FJ) and Packaged Drinking Water (PDW). The company’s products are sold in the market under the well known brand “Xalta”. Company products are manufactured at its own two manufacturing plants located at Bahadurgarh (Haryana, India) and Hapur (Uttar Pradesh, India). The company is into expansion mode and phase two of the project with a peak season production capacity of 1350 bottles per minute would become operational from April 2018 thus increasing the total capacity to 2783 bottles per minute. Mr. Heavent Sudhir Malhotra and Mr. Vishnoo Mittal are the directors of the company.
