Anand Solvex Ltd was incorporated in the year of 1995 and is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Rice Bran Oil, De-oiled Bran,
Soya Oil, Soya Se-oiled Cake, Castor Oil and Castor De-oiled Cake. It also manufacures Palm Kerner and Sunflower oil. The company was
promoted by Mr. A. Suri Babu, Mr. A. Venkateshwara Rao and Mr. A. Babu Rao in 1995. The company was taken over by Mr. Krisha Rao
once company commenced its commercial operation in 1998. Mr. A. Krishna Rao and his sons Mr. A. Rajesh and Mr. A. Vinod are the
Directors and key shareholders of the company holds 19.09%, 28.58% and 29.17% of shares respectively.
The company has expanded its production capaity in FY14 from 300 TPD to 450 TPD.
