About the Company :

Bidar Kissan Shakkar Karkhana Limited (BKSKL) was incorporated in 2000 and started its commercial operations in 2016-17. The Company has set up integrated sugar mill of 3500 tons crushed per day capacity (expandable upto 5000 TCD) with a 15 MW Co-gen power project at Mogdal Village, Markunda post, Bidar District in Karnataka. The Sugar mill project has been completed and trial runs commenced during the crushing season of 2016-17.

The Co-gen power project is expected to be completed within a month. The total cane availability for the project is around 5.04 lakh MTs and most of the sugarcane is cultivated on the banks of Manjra, Madhuri & Karanja River, Karnataka. BKSKL has signed Power purchase agreement with GESCOM (Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company) for sale of power at the rate of Rs. 5 per unit. Smt. Naseem Banu Fatima is the Chairman, Mr. K A Aziz is the Executive President, Mr. Syed Naimuddin, Mr. Hanumanth Sonnad, Mr. Kallanagouda Patil, Mr. Rajashekar Angadi, Mr.Kalmesh Sarwad, Mr. Naseemuddin Patel and Mr. Krishna Paraddi are the Directors of the company. Mr. Sunil Talewad and Ms. Asha Talewad are the additional Directors.
