It is an ISO 22000: 2005 and ISO 50001:2011 (EnMS) Certified Organization. The company is having 9 state of art technology Processing Plants, 30 chilling centres, 20 Bulk Milk Chillers (BMC) and 23 associate Chilling Centers. The chilling and processing units are majorly spread across various places in Southern India. Post private equity fund infusion during FY 13, the promoters hold 76.34% and remaining 23.66% is held by Black River CPF Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd.
In August 2018, the company is planning to make initial public offer (IPO) comprises fresh issuance of shares worth up to Rs 150 crore, besides, an offer for sale of up to 95,43,770 equity shares by TPG Dodla Dairy Holdings Pte Ltd and Dodla Deepa Reddy.
