Gemini Edibles & Fats India Private Limited (GEF India), a Hyderabad based company, is into the business of trading, manufacturing and marketing of edible oils and fats. In September 2018, it has launched the one-litre stock-keeping unit (SKU) of their flagship brand, Freedom Refined Sunflower Oil.
In September 2018, the company is planning to set up a two processing plants in Tamil Nadu and Odisha each with a capacity of 1100 tpd with an investment of Rs. 4800 million. The company also plans to expand its production capacity of Kakinada plant to 1500 tpd from 400 tpd.
