B. P. Food Products Pvt Ltd is engaged in the milling of wheat and manufacturing of food products like whole wheat flour, refined flour, semolina, bran for cattle feed and broken wheat. The company was incorporated on December 15, 1994, and has followed an inorganic growth strategy by acquiring unsuccessful plants and turning them around into profitable units, while expanding capacity.
Currently, the company’s ISO 22000:2005 certified plants are operational at Sanchi, Gotegaon, Jabalpur and Pithampur (All in Madhya Pradesh). Based on the family settlement reached in 2011 and 2012, the plants at Indore (Madhya Pradesh), Agra (Uttar Pradesh) and Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) were transferred to the brothers of the promoters.
