About the Company :
Bluecraft Agro Pvt Ltd was incorporated in the year 2016 with registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company was initially promoted by Mr. Prakash Sanghvi (50%) and Mr. Sanghvi (50%); however subsequently the ownership of the company was transferred to the Chowdhary family i.e. Mr. Siddharth G. Chowdhary (99.99%) and Mr. Sher Singh (0.01%).
The Chowdhary family promotes Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Ltd (RSGBL) which was the largest corn starch manufacturing company in the country till year 2012. BAPL started its operations in February 2018 and is engaged in manufacturing of starch products, its derivatives and related by-products which finds application in various industries including food, pharmaceutical, confectionery, paper, textile, oil drilling etc. It acquired the corn wet milling unit located in Yamunanagar, Haryana from EICL Limited in March 2018 and also acquired two corn wet milling units located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh respectively in August, 2019.
The combined manufacturing capacity of the company is 500 tonnes per day as on date, which is likely to reach 1000 TPD by end-November 2019, on completion of the capacity expansion project.
