About the Company :
C P Milk and Food Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2007. The company was founded by Mr. C.P. Agarwal and is promoted by him along with his son S.P Agarwal and his two grandsons Mr. J.K. Agarwal and Mr. Anuj Agarwal. Initially, the company offered only two products- skimmed milk powder and desi ghee but later expanded its product portfolio. Now, it is engaged in processing and supplying of milk and various dairy products which include skimmed milk powder (SMP), butter, ghee, paneer, curd, butter milk etc. The company sells all its products under the brand name “Gyan”. CPMFPL has 16 chilling centres, spread across a radius of 250 km in Uttar Pradesh, for the purpose of milk storage and has two manufacturing units located at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. As of March 2021, total milk handling capacity of the two manufacturing units was 9.6LLPD (PY: 9.6 LLPD).
