Fable Food Products Pvt Ltd was incorporated during 2004 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat for manufacture and sale of various range of ghee products processed from butter. The different range of products include- cow ghee, vanaspati ghee, pure organic ghee, etc. The products are being marketed under the brand names – ‘Vallabh’ and ‘Aabad’. Major portion of the sales is through its sister concern – Aabad Marketing Pvt Ltd., who in turn sells through more than 250 distributors across the country.
The promoter-directors and their shareholdings are- Mr. Vallabhbhai Vadodariya, Managing Director (15.13%), Mr. Nitin Vadodariya, Director (14.60%) and Mr. Prashant Vadodariya, Director (13.40%).
