Maahi Milk Producer Company Ltd was incorporated on June, 2012. The company is involved in purchasing of liquid milk from its members shareholders and it is processing for sale. The company has been selling their products like poly packed milk, butter milk, ghee, dahi etc. under its own brand name ‘Maahi’. The poly packed milk and butter milk was being sold by Maahi under co-branding with “Mother Dairy” till December, 2015 and post that the company has been selling them under their own brand name of “Maahi.” The company also supplies bulk milk to Mother Dairy Fruits and Vegetables Ltd The remaining milk and milk products of the company are processed on job work basis at 7 plants in the state of Gujarat totalling to a capacity of 3.5 lac litres per day (LLPD)
