Modern Food Enterprises Pvt Ltd is a pioneer bread brand in India. It was launched in 1965 as Modern Bakeries (India) Limited, the company was rechristened Modern Foods India Ltd. (MFIL) in 1982. It was earlier a government of India enterprise and later privatized, now Everstone Capital holds 100% of the company. It has 40 factory outlets across India.
In June 2018, the company is set to acquire Cookie Man (Australian Foods India Private Limited), a leading brand of fresh baked cookies. It also produces bakery products such as muffins, ice creams, brownies, chocolates. It has over 50 plus stores/kiosks in leading malls and airports present in over 20 cities across India

Your normal bread is not proper as it was earlier.i m from Kolkata,today purchased 400 gm @32…was not good with expiry date of 20/8/24 …it feels like concrete mixture.. please look into the matter.
