About the Company :
Nefa Breweries Pvt Ltd was incorporated in the year 2013. The company has set up a unit of manufacturing of Breweries and Distilleries. The total project cost for the establishment of Brewery and Distillery Unit is Rs. 76.48 Crs which involves Promoters Contribution of 25.00 Crs towards the project, unsecured Loans (Quasi Equity) of Rs.11.49 Crs & Term Loan Rs. 40.00 Crs.
The company has successfully implemented the project and the Commencement of commercial operation by April 2017. NBPL has entered in to agreement for the contract manufacturing of beer for the M/s Carlsberg India Pvt Ltd (CIPL) for the 60.00% of the Production Capacity. As per the tie up agreement the Company will receive minimum assured revenue of ? 18.00 Crs/year from M/s Carlsberg India Pvt Ltd for the minimum volume commitment of 18.00 Lakh Cases per year. NBPL’s Total Production Capacity is 3,00,000 HLPA Brewery Unit (35.20 Lacs Cases) involving both Bottling and Canning unit.
