Raks Foods Pvt Ltd started operations in the year 2001, is engaged in the ice-cream manufacturing business in J&K with help of automated imported machines and sells the same all over J&K and parts of neighbouring states like Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The company runs their own brand of ice-cream called as “Dairy Fresh” and has the installed capacity of 13.75 lakh Litres in FY 18. Currently the company is planning to venture into restaurant business by setting up a franchise unit under the brand called “ Great Kabab Factory” in Jammu.
