About the Company :
S R Brahmmas, incorporated in April 2015, was promoted by Mr B. Srinivasa Rao and Dr G. Ranjith Reddy. The company is setting up a solvent extraction plant with a capacity of 600 Tonne Per Day (TPD) and also an oil refinery plant with a capacity of 100 TPD at Uppugal village, Zaffargadh mandal, Warangal District, Telangana. The total cost of the project is estimated at Rs.51.30 crore which is funded through debt of Rs.31 crore, unsecured loan of Rs.0.70 crore and remaining Rs.19.60 crore in the form of equity from the promoters. The company has incurred Rs.22.02 crore (43% of projected cost) till December 18, 2015, which was entirely funded through funds from the promoters.
The company achieved its financial closure in December 2015 and Commercial Operation began on January 31, 2016. Mr B. Srinivasa Rao is also the promoter of Brahmmas Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd which is into same line of activity with an installed capacity of 125,000 MTPA for Cotton seed processing, 65,000 MT for solvent extraction of cotton seed cake and 12,000 MT for refining of washed cotton oil.
