Sharda Solvent Ltd incorporated in 1993 for setting up a Solvent Extraction Plant at Shivpuri (M.P.) with a capacity on 500 TPD of Soya seed/Rape seed and 100 TPD Refinery for manufacture of Refined Edible Grade Soyabean Oil. In 1996, a Vanaspati Plant with a capacity of 50 TPD was set up at Shivpuri. In the year 2000-01, the Refinery capacity was increased to 120 TPD and Vanaspati capacity was increased to 200 TPD. The company also took over a Solvent Extraction Plant of 300 TPD capacity at Biora (M.P.). The company is also engaged in the trading business of DOC (De-oiled Cake / Meal). However, the manufacturing of Soya Oil, DOC & Vanaspati has been discontinued since 2012. The company is currently continuing with the trading business of DOC (De-oiled Cake / Meal).
