Shree Basant Oils Ltd was originally incorporated as a private limited company in 1990 by Mr.Pramod Kumar Agarwal. Subsequently in 2012, SBOL was reconstituted as a public limited company. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of mustard oil, soya refined oil and oil cakes, packaging and trading of palmolien oil. SBOL is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company which has its manufacturing facilities located in Mathura and Ahmedabad having an annual installed capacity of 441720 TPA. The Company has increased its production capacity by purchasing a refinery unit on lease at Ahmedabad for manufacturing soya refined oil which became operational since February, 2015.
