Supreme Agro Foods Pvt Ltd was setup in 1995 in Ludhiana (Punjab). SAPL is promoted by Mr Kulwant Singh (Managing Director) and Mrs Amrit Kaur (Director; wife of Mr Kulwant Singh), who have an experience of more than three decades and ~20 years, respectively, in the dairy business. SAPL is engaged in the production of various milk products like pasteurised packed milk, skimmed milk powder (SMP), dairy creamer and various other milk products such as butter, ghee, curd, any time milk (ATM) powder, whole milk powder, dairy whitener, etc.
Since its inception, the company had undertaken regular capacity expansions, thereby enhancing its installed capacity to process raw milk from 1.25 lakh litres per day (LLPD), when it was incorporated, to a capacity of 4 LLPD, as on March 31, 2016. SAPL is an ISO 22000-2005 certified company for the purpose of Food Safety Management System. The plant at Ludhiana is also approved by Export Council of India and has been granted Q-mark certification, for exporting milk products
