Dairy industry is moving ahead with analytics and technology to improve efficiency of dairy. Now a days, a sensor tags are bound to grazing cows, which provides detailed information about the cows behaviour, hormonal changes for insemination, milk yield. Tagging the cow at calf stage with details about its parents, semen quality, breed data will help in forecasting the milk yield. As more data is collected, behavioral insights can be inferred throughout the lifecycle of the cow.
