Amul forays into juice segment with launch of ‘Tru’

Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation- popularly known as Amul has forayed into the packaged food juice segment. It has launched brand ‘Tru’ – packaged juice in four flavours – mango, orange, apple and lychee. They will be made available in 200ml bottles priced at Rs 10. It may be noted that, the new product is likely to be manufactured in Amul’s Godhra and Gandhinagar facilities.

So far, Amul has manufactured only milk-based beverages like Amul Kool, Amul Kool flavoured milk, Smoothies, etc.
