The promoters of the company are Mr Anant Kumar Choudhary, Mrs. Shalini Choudhary and Ms. Sonia Gandhi. Mr Anant Kumar Choudhary is also one of the promoters of SBS Transpole Logistics Private Limited engaged in logistics and have an experience of more than 10 years in logistics. The company has set up a milk processing plant at Anandpur, Bahjoi, Sambhal (U.P.) with an installed capacity of 1.5 LLPD (Lakh litres per day) expandable up to 3 LLPD milk into different products. The company has commenced operations from Oct 2016 and the products are marketed under the brand “Freshmen’s Valley”.
